Nail Technology School is where its at

My newest adventure is above. I've enrolled in the nail  technology program at GCI, here in Murfreesboro, TN. I'm beginning month three, and as of  next week, I'll be a Senior in the program.

I started working on actual clients about three weeks ago. I love it! It is scary and exciting. Every day is a brand new experience. My favorite part is sending a happy client on their way after they have re-booked their next appointment with me! I like seeing them  gazing at their fingers or toes with a smile while exiting our school.

I must admit, the perks of attending a beauty school are many and frequent. Free mani's and pedi's, discounted hair services, the ability to be a demo for other departments! Heck, I'm game!

This blog has undergone a very big transformation and overhaul. I'm giving it a much needed facelift.

Here you will find my documentation of the journey into the beauty industry. I do nails here locally at home to gain experience, mostly for family and friends. I hand out business cards for GCI to invite new people to check me out. I also hand out my own cards for networking everywhere I go.

I hope you will enjoy my blog as it grows and hopefully gains a life of it's own.
